When I post a question mark three times, it appear this ??? I don't know why.

Click the question smiley when you are typing the message.  Three question marks will appear in your message.  The smiley code is:

Code: [Select]

???  So, whenever you type 3 question marks, the message automatically puts the smiley there, like it does when you enter this code:

Code: [Select]
