I was thinking that have a 'Need Staff' forum not only for advertising, but also, for people who want to join on the forum of certain person, and at the same time, became a Staff member (administrator, moderator, contributor, team member) and as a easy form, If the member doesn't want Staff members on his forum anymore, he can request to an administrator or moderator to close the topic.
