Not moderator yet, but expect to be soon enough since I am on the main forum, and I'm pretty knowledgeable.

If she is doing staff the same way she did on FoA then administrators will have to approve an application and it's a big huge process that's (in my opinion) kinda a pain in the butt to complete.

Because of the small member count, staff is currently not that necessary.  But, if you are interested, feel free to send me a private message.
