I was thinking that have a 'Need Staff' forum not only for advertising, but also, for people who want to join on the forum of certain person, and at the same time, became a Staff member (administrator, moderator, contributor, team member) and as a easy form, If the member doesn't want Staff members on his forum anymore, he can request to an administrator or moderator to close the topic.

Also, one of the bigger advantages over free forum hosting services, is that you are not limited to the normal features, you can manage the code like you want, the languages, the style, the databases (I can explain you later, what a database is) If you want a hosting, I recommend Hostinger, is very good, and it's for free.
