Not moderator yet, but expect to be soon enough since I am on the main forum, and I'm pretty knowledgeable.
If she is doing staff the same way she did on FoA then administrators will have to approve an application and it's a big huge process that's (in my opinion) kinda a pain in the butt to complete.

Reply to this topic with your ad (link), how many categories it is in (this category does not count in the 3 maximum category rule), why you want it in this category, whatever else you want to include (hint: if you put something here, you will have a bigger chance of having your ad featured.)
If you want to be notified whether or not your ad has become featured, please request it to be done in your post.
